We are looking forward to meeting you!

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

I grew up in the metro Atlanta area and have been practicing counseling since 2020. I am passionate about helping couples connect more deeply with each other and restore a healthy dynamic within their family system. My primary modality is Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT); EFT is an attachment-based model designed to help couples discover and reorganize the patterns that may leave them feeling disconnected or alone.

As a former elementary and middle school teacher, I also love working with individuals on parenting, motherhood, and neurodivergence, including ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Other areas of interest for me include anxiety/ perfectionism, financial difficulties, religious trauma, and grief/loss. I see children and adolescents on a limited basis.

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

I assist clients through a variety of life transitions in order to feel more empowered and hopeful about the future. I work with adolescents over 14 and adults and specialize in the areas of grief and loss, career exploration, mood disorders, attentional issues, relationship concerns, and various issues impacting boys and men.

I aspire to provide a caring and therapeutic environment that empowers you to explore yourself and life circumstances in new ways. I strive to help develop new insights and seek creative solutions to help get “unstuck” wherever you are in your life. In the counseling experience, I draw from a diversity of theoretical perspectives to cater the counseling experience to your needs and context (e.g., client-centered, existential, narrative, and cognitive-behavioral). Currently, I also serve as Associate Professor at the University of North Georgia in their Department of Counseling.

I am deeply committed to helping individuals gain confidence, build emotional balance, and embrace their authentic selves. My approach is tailored to each client and what works best for them.

I draw from play-based, mindfulness, and experiential therapies to support emotional expression, self-awareness, and regulation. With younger clients, this often includes creative and activity-based work; with teens and young adults, it may look more like reflective conversations, mindfulness skills, or experiential strategies that foster insight and confidence. No matter the age, I prioritize creating a warm, safe, and accepting space where exploration, learning, and healing can unfold.

I frequently work with anxiety, emotional regulation, identity exploration, social skills, and neurodivergence. I aim to help young people feel understood, capable, and empowered — and I collaborate with families to strengthen communication, connection, and support at home.
