When is the right time to reach out for counseling for my child?
Therapy isn't only for the biggest or most severe challenges. Sometimes it's simply about giving your child additional support during a season that's especially hard.

Postpartum doesn’t end at six weeks
In fact, many maternal mental health professionals describe the postpartum period as lasting up to two years.

I’m a man and considering coming to therapy. What can I expect?
Some men come to therapy because of stress, anxiety, burnout, or relationship challenges. Others are navigating fatherhood, grief, life transitions, work pressures, or simply feeling disconnected from themselves or the people they care about. You don't need to have the perfect words or a major crisis to benefit from therapy. You can come just as you are.
